Ryan and I being Cowpeople (that's Cowboys and Cowgirls -- not being gender specific)
I thought I'd share. | | |
| I know Ange will tell the world the happenings of last night, so I thought I'd tell it anyways.
Ange and I decided to go to
Applebees for dinner, but it was way too crowded. She hopped in my car
and we proceeded down Hamilton Blvd. to Carraba's. Needless to
say, I was pretty ecstatic about eating some good Italian food. I
dropped Ange off at the door to see how long the wait is, drove around
the side, parked my car, locked my doors and starting running across
the parking lot, until I realization rushed over me: I locked my keys
in the car, with it still RUNNING! No joke. I didn't know what to do. I
ran to Ange and told her. She stood there, mouth open and started
laughing! I started to tear up as I tore across the parking lot ahead
of her. She called Jason as I increasingly felt retarded. We finally
ended up calling the Police. While I waited outside, Ange went into
friendly's and ordered some take out. hahah:)
The policeman came pretty quickly.
Luckily, it was a guy, which upon Ange used her innate charm. He
finally got our door open! And did it for free!! :) whoohoo. Go us.
Before he left, he asked, "Could I see your registration card?" and
without thinking, I said, "You can see whatever you want!" Totally didn't mean it the way it sounded.
After he left, turning down our
offer for some french fries, Ange and I sat on the trunk of my car
eating our dinner and laughing about what happened, and of course
taking pictures to document the weirdness of our night.
Is anyone surprised this happened to us?

| low key and random night last night...
I went to anges...we then headed over to king coffee and found rachel p, rachel a, and liz on the steps of the church across from the coffee shop. We hung out with them and it was good fun, dodging nasty bugs and talking about girl things.
after going to rachel's apartment, ange fell absolutely in love with these candle wall thingys, and decided she HAD to have it right now. We took a trip to walmart and were there til 1 am...without the candle things, for they were sold out. i had one sad ange. oh, and i wouldn't recommend walmart in the wee hours of the morning. can i get an amen? ;)
ps. did anyone know that the true name of king coffee, according to it's sign it "Vergtimmen King Coffee" ...now, what the heck does that mean?
| What an awesome weekend! Jenna and Brian are man and wife! WHOOHOO! ;) Congrats, you two. The wedding was beautiful and Jenna was the most gorgeous bride I have ever seen. They are currently in the Bahamas for their honeymoon!
[side story: When Jenna fed Brian the cake, he bit her finger- hard. It was so funny but I hope her finger is okay!]
From the bachelorette party on thursday night to the wedding on saturday, the weekend was a blast. All day yesterday Ryan and I spent the day together...relaxing, cooking, doing wedding stuff...it was rare and incredible.
10.5 months til my own wedding... SO far away.. .
